On Saturday, September 14, 2024, members of the Xinflix Entrepreneurs Chamber of Commerce gathered together to celebrate this moment symbolizing reunion and happiness in an atmosphere of warmth and joy.
With the opening remarks from Gao Chao, President of the Xinflix Entrepreneurs Chamber of Commerce, the gala officially began.
Following that, the star of the evening—a fragrant, perfectly roasted whole lamb—made a grand entrance as the highlight of the event. Guests eagerly gathered around to take photos, instantly elevating the atmosphere to a festive peak.
After the roasted whole lamb arrived, President Gao Chao, together with CXECC founder James Wang, President Patrick Hung, Vice President Tyler Tian, Secretary-General Li Xintong, and Xinflix Media Group Director Claire Zhang, conducted the ceremonial carving of the lamb.
In this contest of wit and observation, CXECC member and Beautiful Homes Realty Fellow, Lily Li, stood out with her spot-on guess of the lamb's exact weight—38 lbs. Her accurate judgment won her applause from the audience and a large mooncake symbolizing reunion and happiness as a prize, pushing the event's joyful atmosphere to a new peak.
Next, guests moved on to the highly anticipated dining segment, where a wide array of delectable dishes left everyone spoilt for choice.
At the gala, we were especially honored to have the renowned pipa artist, Ye Lan, deliver a stunning performance.
Before her performance, Sandy Liang captivated the audience with her melodious voice and an informative, well-crafted presentation about the pipa. The presentation delved into the rich cultural heritage of this traditional Chinese instrument, setting the stage for Ye Lan's appearance and creating a deeply cultural ambiance. Together, they offered a mesmerizing fusion of tradition and modernity, delivering an unforgettable artistic feast.
Next, Ye Lan, dressed in stunning performance attire, gracefully took the stage. With a gentle pluck of the strings, the soothing melody of “Original Aspiration” filled the air, captivating the audience and transporting them to a world of enchanting music.
She followed with the classic piece “Full Moon, Blossoming Flowers”, perfectly complementing the festive spirit of reunion. On this special evening, everyone was immersed in the beautiful harmonies delivered by Ye Lan’s masterful performance.
Witnessing such a spectacular performance would not have been possible without the heartfelt dedication of James Wang, the founder of the Xinflix Entrepreneurs Chamber of Commerce, to preserving and promoting Chinese traditional culture. It was his thoughtful planning and efforts that gave us the opportunity to experience the captivating charm of pipa artistry up close.
Even more exciting, Ye Lan announced during the event that she will be hosting the “Lanyu - Original Aspiration 2024 Passionate Chinese Music Pipa Solo Concert” on November 23rd.
This news was met with great enthusiasm and anticipation from the guests, who expressed their full support for this cultural extravaganza.
At the event, the "powerhouses" behind New Home One-Stop Service quickly decided to become the title sponsor of Ye Lan's upcoming pipa concert. Additionally, several Chamber members pledged their support in various ways.
