Guangzhou New Gateway project

In the afternoon, under the leadership of Ms. Wei Ke, Chairperson of Jintianfangyan Beauty Group, the delegation visited the Guangzhou New Gateway project, a significant endeavor developed by Yiyun Group in Baiyun District, Guangzhou. The Guangzhou New Gateway, a 190,000 square meter future city project, is strategically located in the prime area of Baiyun Avenue. The project combines multiple sectors such as industry, culture, commerce, and tourism, forming a comprehensive system where these fields complement one another.

The development's focus is on creating a multi-directional, empowerment-oriented industrial cluster. By offering a robust and well-integrated industrial chain, the project aims to provide companies with a relaxed and efficient environment to link up with high-quality industry resources.

This project demonstrates Guangzhou’s ambition to attract investment and foster collaboration across industries, providing an ideal environment for businesses to flourish by offering seamless connections and ample resources. The delegation was highly impressed by the potential of the Guangzhou New Gateway project and its role in supporting a thriving business ecosystem.

The delegation also visited the recently signed 1688 Beauty Global Selection Center, covering an area of about 8,000 square meters. This center brings together international well-known brands, Meiwai Select, and local Baiyun特色 (Baiyun district's unique) brands in its premium exhibition areas. The center includes 42 live broadcast rooms and 15 exhibition hall live broadcast scenes. It is a comprehensive service platform that integrates exhibition sales, corporate matchmaking, and warehousing logistics.

The delegation expressed high praise for the center's concept, design, and layout. They were particularly impressed by the rapid development of China's internet industry ecosystem, reflecting the booming digital transformation within the country. The 1688 Beauty Global Selection Center stands as a key example of how China is shaping the future of digital commerce with its innovative platforms.

The delegation also visited the office buildings launched as part of the Guangzhou New Gateway project, which are specifically designed for creating company headquarters. These independent buildings are tailored to cater to high-end enterprises, with their design emphasizing the ability to fully showcase a company's cultural depth and comprehensive strength. Beyond being mere physical spaces, these buildings serve as important windows for companies to present their brand image and core values to the external world.

This feature of Guangzhou New Gateway aligns well with modern business needs, where office spaces are not only about functionality but also about creating a prestigious and professional brand presence. By offering such dedicated headquarters options, the project is contributing to a more robust and competitive environment for enterprises seeking to establish a strong foothold in the region.

By personally experiencing the model office spaces, the delegation members gained a deeper understanding and inspiration from the independent office model. They praised the design for not only meeting the companies' demand for efficient office environments but also for addressing the need to showcase corporate image. The concept perfectly integrates functionality with aesthetics. Moreover, the delegation expressed hopes that this innovative and distinctive real estate product could be successfully replicated in the North American market, potentially becoming a new highlight to drive the local commercial real estate market forward.
